- 2. Send the order form. Name, phone number and pickup or delivery. No sign-up.
- 3. We confirm. We call or WhatsApp you. Your order code lets you track the status.
- 4. Collect and pay. Pay by cash or UPI on pickup or delivery. No online payment needed.
Questions students ask
How does payment work?
You pay when you pick up your order or when it is delivered to you. We take cash and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). No online payment needed upfront.
How long does it take to get my order?
We confirm by call or WhatsApp after you order and tell you when it will be ready. Items that are in stock are usually ready quickly.
Are the parts new and genuine?
We sell new parts. Specs are listed on each product page. If something does not work, tell us within a few days with your order code and we will help you sort it out.
I need a value or part that is not listed.
Write it in the order notes when you check out, or message us on WhatsApp. We will tell you if we can get it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before it is picked up or delivered. Contact us with your order code.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for pickup.
Safety note on LiPo batteries, mains and soldering
LiPo cells need a protected charger. Mains transformers carry dangerous voltage, so get supervision if you are a beginner. Solder in a ventilated area and never leave an iron on.
